Narrated Abu Bakra:
The Prophet said, “Time has come back to its original state which it had on the day Allah created the Heavens and the Earth. The year is twelve months, four of which are sacred, three of them are in succession, namely Dhul-Qa’da, Dhul Hijja and Muharram, (the fourth being) Rajab Mudar which is between Juma’da (ath-thamj and Sha’ban. The Prophet then asked, “Which month is this?” We said, “Allah and his Apostle know better.” He kept silent so long that we thought that he would call it by a name other than its real name. He said, “Isn’t it the month of Dhul-Hijja?” We said, “Yes.” He said, “Which town is this?” We said, “Allah and His Apostle know better.” He kept silent so long that we thought that he would call it t,y a name other than its real name. He said, “isn’t it the town (of Mecca)?” We replied, “Yes.” He said, “What day is today?” We replied, “Allah and His Apostle know better.” He kept silent so long that we thought that he would call it by a name other than its real name. He said, “Isn’t it the day of Nahr?” We replied, “Yes.” He then said, “Your blood, properties and honor are as sacred to one another as this day of yours in this town of yours in this month of yours. You will meet your Lord, and He will ask you about your deeds. Beware! Do not go astray after me by cutting the necks of each other. It is incumbent upon those who are present to convey this message to those who are absent, for some of those to whom it is conveyed may comprehend it better than some of those who have heard it directly.” (Muhammad, the sub-narrator, on mentioning this used to say: The Prophet then said, “No doubt! Haven’t I delivered (Allah’s) Message (to you)? Haven’t I delivered Allah’s message (to you)?” [3]

Pada artikel ini, saya akan membahas tentang “Jehovah Witnesses Antara Orthodox Dan Heterodox”, dimana pada dasarnya umat agama damai ini (Islam) sering mengambil artikel dari Jehovah witness untuk membenarkan dalil dan teori yang mereka (Islam) gunakan, dimana dengan tujuannya membalikkan, dan merusakkan aqidah Maseehiyyin (Iman Kristen) yang huq kepada sesuatu yang bathil, dengan melemparkan hujah yang kebudak–budakan, umpamanya tentang perayaan Eed Milad Al Maseeh, dll. BAB I

Asal–Usul Jehovah Witnesses

Jehovah Witnesses atau yang lazim disebut dengan Saksi Yehovah ini lahir di Pennsylvania, USA pada tahun 1872 dengan pendirinya adalah Charles Russel dimana lahir pada tahun 1854 dan meninggal pada tahun 1916 dan suksesi Hersey ini dijabat oleh Judge Joseph Rutherford (bukan Rutherford ilmuwan).

Pada hakikatnya Charles Russel adalah seorang Kristen, tetapi sebenarnya pemikirannya bukanlah pemikiran yang bersandarkan pada Kalam Allah (Al Kitab Al Muqadas), tetapi bersandarkan pada ajaran Hersey yakni Arian Hersey dan Adventist serta pandangan dari gnostic dan modalism yang konon Hersey ini berkembang pesat di Jazirah Arab dan Afrika. Kemudian ajarannya merupakan kompilasi dan campuran antara Hersey–hersey yang dulu sudah dimusnahkan (anathema) oleh Rum Al Khatuliq dan Orthodox oriental (Mesir dan Syiria) dan Yunani.

 

KEENAM RUKUN ISLAM

Rukun Islam pertama adalah kalimat Syahadat, pernyataan kepercayaan bahwa “Tiada Tuhan Selain Allah dan Muhammad Rasulullah.” Seperti burung beo Muslim diwajibkan untuk mengulang-ulang mantra ini, tanpa sedikitpun merasakan manfaatnya. Sementara itu Muslim Shiah menambahkan kata-kata “dan Ali adalah teman Muhammad”. Catatan : Ali adalah menantu Muhammad dan seorang pembunuh kakap yang untuk ukuran jaman sekarang bisa diseret ke pengadilan karena tuduhan pembunuhan serial dan masal.

Kata ‘Syahadat’ berhubungan dengan kata lain, yaitu ‘Shahid’, yang berarti Martir. Semua Muslim yang taat (bukan Muslim pengecut) selalu bersiap-siap untuk menjadi Martir (Shahid) guna memenuhi Syahadat mereka. Oleh karena itulah, seorang Muslim otentik selalu siap membunuh dan dibunuh kalau agama mereka ditantang, sesuatu yang menjadi ciri khas Muslim sejak abad ke 7.

Sholat adalah rukun Islam kedua, yang harus dilakukan 5 kali sehari. Saat sholat, mereka harus melantunkan ayat-ayat dari Al-Quran. Bagaimana kalau Muslim yang suka melantunkan Surah AL-BAQARA akan berkomat-kamit “…Dan bunuhkah mreka dimanapun kau tangkapi mereka, ..(Q 2:191)”. Mungkin waktu yang dihabiskan untuk mengulang-ulangi siklus ini adalah alasan utama akan kegagalan ekonomi dunia Islam.

 

Al-Quran, yang katanya buku yang maha tahu tidak mewajibkan sholat sebanyak 5 kali. Dikatakan, “kami tidak melewatkan apapun di buku ini” (Q 6:3). Tapi tahu-tahu, Allah melewatkan hal sholat ini menurut ayat-ayat (Q 11:114; 17:78-79; 30:17-18) dan kemungkinan (Q 24:58), yang hanya mewajibkan 3 kali sholat. Dan tetap saja Muslim menghantam lantai 5 kali sehari, tradisi yang diikuti sejak Muhammad memperkenalkan rutin itu.

INTRODUCTION

Some modernist Islamic apologists try to cast doubt on the age of Aisha when she married and had sex with Muhammad despite the many sahih hadiths in which Aisha explicitly and directly states that she was nine years old at the time. They are clearly embarrassed that their pedophile Prophet married and had sex with a nine-year-old CHILD, and they sometimes seek to explain that Aisha was in fact not nine-years-old as the SAHIH HADITHS of Aisha’s own testimony claim, but some other ages derived from misquotations, indirect sources, fuzzy dating techniques, and downright slander.

The most common of these arguments is propounded by the “Learner”, or Moiz Amjad, based on the work of Habib ur Rahman Kandhalwi (urdu) as presented in his booklet, “Tehqiq e umar e Siddiqah e Ka’inat”).

I will now proceed to show the polemics of Moiz Amjad to be illogical rubbish. The question that escapes the minds of the simpletons accepting Amjad’s polemics is ‘why they would believe sources that clearly derive different ages for Aisha when she first had sex with Muhammad.’

When one examines the work of Amjad, one sees that his arguments contradict and debunk each other. His argument # 5 says she was 14 to 21 years old. However, his argument # 6 says she was 15+, his argument # 7 says she was 17 or 18, his argument # 8 says Aisha was 14+, his argument # 9 says she was 12+, and his argument # 12 says she was 12.

Pedophilia has been categorized as a mental illness under paraphilias, which are sexual and gender identity disorders. According to the Introductory Textbook of Psychiatry Second Edition published by the APA, “The pedophile chooses a child of the same or opposite sex as a sexual partner.” Pedophilia can be categorized into five subcategories, depending on the circumstance.

Fixated (or exclusive type) pedophilia: The fixated pedophile considers himself to be trapped in childhood; he has few adult relationships and relate better with children. Fixated pedophiles are typically men who are interested in boys.

Regressed (or nonexclusive type) pedophilia: The regressed pedophile views the child as an adult substitute and relate to her as an adult. Typically, the regressed pedophile is a heterosexual male who is married, and they most often molest eight or nine year old girls.

Cross-sex pedophilia: Male pedophiles who molest young girls by befriending her and then gradually engaging in sexual activities. The activities range from folding and oral stimulation but rarely intercourse.

Same-sex pedophilia: They deny being homosexual but seek out same-sex children as they are more aroused by them than by adults.
Female pedophilia: While not commonly reported, female pedophilia is a reality. A typical scenario is a young male or female engaging in sexual activities with adult women.

Furthermore, the APA DSM-IV-TR criteria for pedophilia are:
A. Over a period of 6 months recurrent, intense sexually arousing fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviors involving sexual activity with a prepubescent child or children (generally age 13 years or younger)
B. The person has acted on these sexual urges, or the sexual urges or fantasies caused marked distress or interpersonal difficulty;
C. The person is at least age 16 years and at least 5 years older than the child or children in Criterion A.

Here is the short version of the evidence that Aisha was pre-pubescent when Muhammad married and had sex with her.

1. Islamic law in Aisha’s time said that only pre-pubescent girls were allowed to play with or own dolls.

Sahih Bukhari Volume 8, Book 73, Number 151
Narrated ‘Aisha: I used to play with the dolls in the presence of the Prophet, and my girl friends also used to play with me. When Allah’s Apostle used to enter they used to hide themselves, but the Prophet would call them to join and play with me. (The playing with the dolls and similar images is forbidden, but it was allowed for ‘Aisha at that time, as she was a little girl, not yet reached the age of puberty.) 2. Aisha had her dolls with her when she married Muhammad.

‘A’isha reported that Allah’s Apostle married her when she was seven years old, and (s)he was taken to his house as a bride when she was nine, and her dolls were with her; and when he died she was eighteen years old.

3. Aisha had sex with Muhammad when she was 9 years old.

Abu Dawud, Vol. 2, #2116: “Aisha said, “The Apostle of Allah married me when I was seven years old.” (The narrator Sulaiman said: “Or six years.”). “He had intercourse with me when I was 9 years old.”

Section 1: Proof that Aisha was pre-pubescent when Muhammad married and had sex with her

Islamists like to claim that Aisha had reached puberty by the time Muhammad married and had sex with her. However, they never provide verifiable proof that Aisha actually was pubescent when Muhammad married and had sex with her, but commonly claim traditions or cultural practices as proof. This is, of course, false as demonstrated by the hadiths and the commentary of one of Islam’s most famous hadith scholars, Imam Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al-’Asqalani, Commander of the Faithful in Hadith, Qadi of Egypt, and author of the celebrated commentary on Sahih Bukhari, Fateh al-Bari.

To prove Aisha was pre-pubescent when Muhammad married and had sex with her, one has to understand Ibn Hajar’s explanation of the permissibility of doll-playing for pre-pubescent girls. Then applying this doll-playing exegesis to hadiths of Aisha getting married or when she first had sex with Muhammad, one can then demonstrate that she was pre-pubescent on these occasions.

In this article, the term ‘pre-pubescence’ used is a short-hand for ‘before a girl menstruates’ or the Western medical term ‘pre-menarchial’. {It is not the same or intended to be the same as the Western medical term “pre-pubescence” which is a specific Jargon for the stage before the sexual developmental stages of puberty.} This is to be consistent with the Islamic definition of ‘puberty’ which is when a girl begins to menstruates.

Aisha was 9 lunar years old or 8 years 9 months old according to solar years when Muhammad slept with her. This is a fact demonstrated by a great number of hadiths. There is no controversy in that. There has never been until now that some of the Muslims have come in contact with western values and are ashamed to admit that their Prophet could commit such an indecency. They deny the facts and have made it a controversy. The majority of Muslims still have no problem with the young age of the Aisha and they ridicule these Modern day “moral relativists” who are twisting the truth to please the morality of the westerners. An American lady, with whom I used to correspond about Islam, was interested in this religion because of her Muslim boyfriend. She admitted that the thought of Muhammad having sexual intercourse with a 9-year-old girl appalled her but she was relieved to know that there are some Muslims who deny it and this is the subject of a controversy not agreed by all the Muslims. This is what I wrote in response.

“There are people who deny the holocaust. This happened only 55 years ago and it is very well documented. Yet it has not stopped some people to deny it. So they start a controversy. Would you doubt the holocaust because it is a subject of a controversy? Intelligent people are not affected by controversies. They look at the facts and are not swayed by hearsays. Feeble-minded people become confused and do not know which way to turn. These people switch off and avoid the issue altogether, because for them, making a decision is not an easy task. That is why some people start the controversy.

Only a few years ago Sheikh Baaz in Saudi Arabia issued a fatwa that any one who said the Earth is round is Kafir. Obviously this did not go very far but he started a controversy. So what is your opinion about the shape of the Earth? Would you stay out of it because it is a controversial issue? How about the evolution? There are many Muslims as well as Christians who do not agree with evolution. They believe in the Biblical and Quranic fables of Adam and Eave and the creation. This is a big controversy. Are you going to stay away from it? Is it a none-issue for you? Almost everything under the Sun is a controversial issue. From death penalty to hunting, from spending money for space exploration to aiding the poor countries, everything is a controversy. Even the very subject of religion is a controversial issue. So you cannot walk away from responsibility when you are faced with controversies.

However there are some “modernist” Muslims who dispute this fact. They argue:

* According to the generally accepted tradition, Aisha (ra) was born about eight years before Hijrah. But according to another narrative in Bukhari (kitabu’l-tafseer) Aisha (ra) is reported to have said that at the time Surah Al-Qamar, the 54th chapter of the Qur’an, was revealed, “I was a young girl”. The 54th surah of the Qur’an was revealed nine years before Hijrah. According to this tradition, Aisha (ra) had not only been born before the revelation of the referred surah, but was actually a young girl (jariyah), not an infant (sibyah) at that time. Obviously, if this narrative is held to be true, it is in clear contradiction with the narratives reported by Hisham ibn `urwah. I see absolutely no reason that after the comments of the experts on the narratives of Hisham ibn `urwah, why we should not accept this narrative to be more accurate.

Answer:

Even if we assume this narrative to be accurate, we have no reason to give it more weight than those that are so detailed about Aisha ’s age, describing her playing with her dolls, talking about her girlfriends coming to play with her and hiding when Muhammad entered the room, her memories of playing on the swing when her mother called her and washed her face and took her to Muhammad, her ignorance of what was going on and her “surprise” when Muhammad got into action taking his role as the husband, etc. These events are more likely to be remembered by someone of her childhood than when a particular Surah was revealed. It is more probable that a person confuse one Surah with the other than confuse all those details of her own life.

* According to a number of narratives, Aisha (ra) accompanied the Muslims in the battle of Badr and Uhud. Furthermore, it is also reported in books of hadith and history that no one under the age of 15 years was allowed to take part in the battle of Uhud. All the boys below 15 years of age were sent back. Aisha ’s (ra) participation in the battle of Badr and Uhud clearly indicate that she was not nine or ten years old at that time. After all, women used to accompany men to the battle fields to help them, not to be a burden on them.

The thought of an old man becoming aroused by a child is one of the most disturbing thoughts that makes us cringe as it reminds us of pedophilia and the most despicable people. It is difficult to accept that the Holy Prophet married Aisha when she was 6-years-old and consummated his marriage with her when she was 9. He was then, 54 years old.

‘A’isha (Allah be pleased with her) reported: Allah’s Apostle (may peace be upon him) married me when I was six years old, and I was admitted to his house when I was nine years old.

that the Prophet married her when she was six years old and he consummated his marriage when she was nine years old, and then she remained with him for nine years (i.e., till his death).

Narrated ‘Ursa:
The Prophet wrote the (marriage contract) with ‘Aisha while she was six years old and consummated his marriage with her while she was nine years old and she remained with him for nine years (i.e. till his death).
